In the front-building (Nr. 24) we rent a furnished three-room flat on the 4th floor. The kitchen and bathroom / WC as well as a balcony are shared by the residents. The laundry room in the basement is for common use. In the rear house (24a) we rent frunished 1, 1.5 and 2-room flats with a private kitchen and bathroom / WC and are suitable for singles or couples. A laundry room is shared by all residents. The rent includes all heating / service charges and electricity. The internet connection is the responsibility of the tenants.
